  Jason was a great help setting up a portfolio load for us when we purchased our home in 2012. Bank lenders were not helpful; because their approval process under the recently-passed Dodd-Frank act was too narrowly-defined. Wasn't a problem for Jason - He got us a great loan for a very low rate. So, when we were ready to refinance into a 15-year mortgage, we went back to him; and he got us an even better deal!

  My family has been relying on Jason and his team for years, and I personally have obtained about 10 mortgages/refis through Jason. I only have wonderful things to say about him - he is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, patient, creative, and will do whatever it takes to close your loan on time. He will work with you, whatever your situation, to get you the best possible rate and overall package. There have been times when something went wrong, but if it was on my end he was understanding and patient and if on his end he owned it, took full responsibility and fixed the situation immediately (often without me even knowing there was a problem until after it was resolved). He and his team are very responsive and efficient. I wouldn’t work with anyone else!
