  When I went pay last week I tried making conversation with the lady at the desk so it’s not awkward silence but she was too worried about her phone so it was like talking to a wall. Definitely need to reiterate professionalism in places like these ,and phone usage should be limited to when a client is not in the store.

  Brii is very helpful and she had the patience to explain everything to you before you sign anything and not understand what you have signed then it comes time to make a payment or they are trying to take your vehicle and you don't know why. Would refer to anyone.

  The lady that helped us was great. She showed us the breakdown of the loan, helped with all the paperwork and had our new Texas plates writhing a couple hours for us. The only reason we got a loan was to avoid the lines for changing the plates and such over to Texas. They handled it all for us!
