  When entering loansmart today my vibes we're very well until Demi got upset and got totally rude with myself and Anna . I'm so grateful I received what i came in store for but i feel an apology should be given from your worker by the name of Demi .

  Me and my husband were applying for a loan they had us go tothe tag agency and put a loansmart lean on our vechicle,but then when they found out we both was on social security they said they couldn't help us. Don't you think they should have told us before hand. Now we have to wait for them to take the lean back before we have a clear title. So everyone be careful of this one.

  First car and first loan, amazing customer service, and all around friendly people!! Helped me understand payments and even stayed late!! I would recommend to any and everyone!!

  This place is a joke! When someone is in a tight budget They won’t work with people! They would want the whole amount when that person only has that amount of money to live off of for the rest of the month!! I will not go back to them ever again!

  Anna & Veronica helped me and my dad out getting a small loan to help me pay bills first time being on my own and got in a bind I was so embarrassed but they helped me got me in and out with out feeling even more horrible

  These people are horrible. They demand all of the money and say they wont take partial payments to get caught up and that it states this in the contract and it doesnt.
