  I'd previously used Loan Max years ago around Christmas just to make ends meet and put a smile on my kids faces. Today I walked into the El Dorado Loan Max and Callie instantly remembered me from over 5 years ago. She definitely made my loan process smooth and made sure I knew the terms of my agreement.   All the years we have been doing business with Loan Max, we have had the Best experience with them! When we've fallen on hard times, they were always there to lend the upper hand. They are very understanding & know what its like to fall on hard times. All the staff there are extremely friendly & helpful. They are considerate of your feelings & needs. They don't judge you, regardless of your situation, because they themselves know exactly what it's like to struggle in this economy & how money is very hard to come by, now a days. With the Amazing experience we have had with Loan Max over the years, I Highly recommend this company! I wouldn't go to any other place, because we have built up a trusting, friendly, & respectful service with them. Last but not least, I want to say a Big Thank You to All the staff there at Loan Max for your kind, friendly, & considerate service. You ladies are Amazing! Keep up the Great work! 👍👍

  The ladies were very efficient and friendly. Callie was quick to answer any question or concern with full knowledge in the subject matter. I would definitely send my friends to them.

  If I could rate this 0 stars I would. First off, I did business with them. They ended up taking my car while I was at work, due to non-payment, which is understandable. But, when I found out they took my car off the trailer and drove it around town like they wanted to blow the motor and tear it up, I lost it. They had my tag on it still. I had 5 multiple eye witnesses tell me it was flying around town full throttle. Well if anyone reads the contract, they know that whatever balance is unpaid, gets covered by the car going to auction, and if the total is not met, you are liable for the rest. This place is beyond crooked. As for the ladies operating it, yes, they get snippy with every customer. This place needs to be shutdown and stop praying on the weak. Karma needs to step up.
