  Customer service was amazing! Chatny was the best and Carolina cosigned her back, best loan due I've ever worked with... However this companies interest rate is ridiculous, 270% on $2k loan equals to almost $10k which is not a good deal at all for someone that is trying have a quick loan that they can afford to pay off. If someone could afford a $10k loan, then why would they come into a place like this with that interested rate!

  Definitely the easiest title loan I have ever got and was able to get the amount I needed and a little more. I was in and out very quickly. Carolina was super sweet and professional, she knows what she's doing and answered all my questions. I won't use anyone else if the need arises again. The one tip I'll give you if you use, is come with ph numbers and addresses for your personal references, it is required and will save you some time.

  Caroline is top notch in customer service. I would highly recommend if you’re needing some extra money during the holidays to go see her on Rock Rd.

  Great place, very friendly staff, and a very clean place. Highly recommend this location. This is the only loan place I go. They work with you as much as they can. Chatney is the person I talk to when I go there and she is so friendly and nice. She really knows what she is doing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  Well, so far it's been cool, Chatny was friendly and fun and very helpful. Now why the 3 stars, well the whole process and greediness with companies like this just isnt right, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I guess we will see how it goes after a lil time passes.

  Customer service was awsome at first very nice very friendly very quick, until i tried to do a buy out on my loan with a competitor/rival. The lady Shanice would not realease loan information nor her manger or district manager for the competing company to start my process and i was infatuated at her rudeness and uncooperative response.

  Good customer service up until you need to work out a payment plan. Even if u are s few days late they blow u up non stop. Even after you talk to them they will act as if they never spoke to you and you guys never made arrangements. I will never go back or refer anyone there.

  This is the best place to go to in the Wichita area for a title loan.. The women that work here are great. Fast and Friendly.. They always have smiles on their faces every time I go in.. They're the best =) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  Would recommend Loanmax on Rock to anyone in need of a loan. Staff was polite and informative on the phone and in person. Process was quick and easy. Interest rate is what you’d expect from a title loan business. Thanks Loanmax for saving our week!
