  Paid my loan of 2 weeks ago just to be told that out of state titles are mailed back and still haven't received my title in the mail. Would've been really nice to know that from the very beginning. I tried to explain that to the woman who answered the phone but was told there is nothing she could do about it without even apologizing. So an FYI for out of state titles. You will not get it back when you pay your loan off, you'll have to wait for it in the mail.

  Management is awful. Income changed, surrender your car. Unable to make a full payment but ask what options you have, none surrender your car. Unprofessional as can be and completely lacking compassion for anything. I do not recommend.
