  Atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable of their work criteria. They were always capable of answering all of my questions and explaining the answers & worked with me on every payment and actually made the process easier for me. Never had even one issue.   My experience was a very good experience. I really enjoy doing business with them. Celia was so helpful she answered all my questions and help me to get the loan amount that i wanted.   don't do it. they add interest EVERYDAY rather your late or not, you can't get out from under them unless you have a large amount. my loan was 6.00 and I paid almost 13.00 to get my title back. each time I asked what my buy out was the price went higher and higher. I snapped and was told your charged interest every day on top of your monthly payment.
