  Choosing this company was a complete waste of my time and a horrible decision. After signing my documents and securing the loan, I took the check they issued me to THEIR host bank and the bank refused to honor the check. I took the check and documents back and got my title back. They offered no recourse, made no attempts to contact the bank, and did nothing to keep my business. Would not answer the phone when I called back to determine what the issue was and as I write this, I STILL have not been contacted. I cannot have faith in a company whose own bank won't honor the checks they issue. If I could give negative stars, I would.

  Mrs. Brittany is a phenomenal woman shes worked with me on my title pawn so much and she informs me of when its payment is due. And she works with me on reschedules. Shes got the best personality I've ever met.

  I have been dealing with Loan Max for quite some time. From day one Brittney & Shada, hopefully, Im spelling it correctly, buy moving on, has been Amazing. They both have awesome Customer Service. I paid them off before and reopen again do to the services I receive. I will definitely recommend them to all of you. I sometime fall behind on my payments, but they will work with you.   I'm tired of Brittnay blowing my phone up looking for someone who isn't me. If it's not about me: do not call me. And if you do call me, call once. Not every day non-stop. If he won't answer why would I? Stop haraasing me sis. He'll come see you stop stressing 😭❗
