  James was quick to turn around paperwork to get the refinance process started. He even did the math for us to prove that a 30 yr refi, but paying our current payment would essentially be a 15 year mortgage, cutting four years and $67,000 off our home loan. We haven’t closed as of the writing of this review, but I expect it to go smoothly knowing Jimmy and his work ethic.   Wow! We did a home mortgage with David and he was amazing! Our previous loans were with a major Chicago-land competitor and i would never ever go back. LoanDepot had better interest rates and better service and the fees were lower too. Thank you! We are very happy and i 100% recommend David and Julia and the whole team at LoanDepot.
