  This is our third loan or refinancing with Jamie. She always gets back to you almost immediately. Is responsive, supportive, gives you all the information you need and even was handling questions on Easter - dedicated. She gets things turned around quickly, and she was able to help us lock in a lower rate through her diligence. Just the best and I keep coming back because of the service she provides.   Getting the appraisal waiver was extremely important as we faced some really tight timing constraints. Without that waiver we might have selected a different lender. But after we made that choice, Michael and the LoanDepot team were extremely proactive in explaining the process and making sure everything went smoothly. Very impressed; I have already told a few friends about LoanDepot in addition to posting about it on social media.
