  Initially applied with Rocket Mortgage. After being approved and finding our dream house and two weeks into my contract Rocket was unable to schedule and appraisal and advised they would not be able to close my loan. Immediately contacted Loandepot on referral from my realtor. Within a week of initial contact I am approved and an appraisal is scheduled. Good save LoanDepot?

Autopayments were a breeze to set up and extremely convenient. The LoanDepot website is easy to navigate and has all of your information very accessible.

  All of our questions were answered almost instantly. We were never left with not knowing what was going on during the mortgage process, which was very important to us as first time home buyers using a VA loan. Scott and his team were extremely knowledgeable. Scott went above and beyond and did more work than our realtor did! Open to close on our loan went very fast and efficiently. If your looking for a seamless loan process with friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely punctual staff.. pick LoanDepot in Findlay Ohio.. Scott Snapp and his team won't do you wrong! 5 stars to them!
