  Karen lied about payment arrangements on my loan. When they came a got the vehicle there were tools left in it. When I went to get my items, the toolset was not there. Will not ever do business with them again. Looking for their corporate number to file a complaint. Stay away.

  I have done business with Karen for several years now and she is always up front and will always take care of her customers. Even after moving to another town with a little bit longer of a drive I willingly drive out of the way just to do my business here. If you want to be treated right and respectfully this is your place. You can get a loan alot of places but if you want one and want treated right go see Karen and her staff at loan master in Florence. She will not let you down and will do everything she can to get you what you need.

  The manager at this store is the best. She always works with me to help with whatever needs I have. The staff here is always polite and friendly when I walk in the door. I would not go anywhere else but here.
