  Great customer service, Suong and her team answered all my questions and provided all the information I needed to know.   I typically don't write reviews but this company deserves it! Thomas, Brandi and Hanh provided excellent service throughout my loan process ( from beginning to the end). Thomas immediately reached out to me within a few hours after inquiring on refinancing my home. I didn't fully understand what's included in my mortgage payment, etc. and he explained it so easily that no doubt I'm working with the right people. He would call and follow up ( which I'm thankful for or else I would've never get on refinancing my home). Brandi was so patient and always on top of EVERYTHING!! She made the whole processed smooth and immediately informs me when I need to sign or check my email. She's quick to respond to any questions I may have, and I can really tell she's a hard worker and makes sure she gets the job done! If you work with Hanh, you will not be disappointed. She truly provides the best team to work with you. My friend recommended me to her and now I'm recommending everyone that I know to her. Thank you again Thomas, Brandi, and Hanh!!
