  I just worked with Tuan Cao and his team in CA ( Anh Vu, Phoebe,...) to refinance my house. They are sweet and professional. They helped me out with the house refinancing and a lower rate that I would happy. I used to work with some American refinance companies in the past. It seems like it's hard to change the rate when they offer the rate to you. But Loan Factory is different, I have many options to select the rate that works best for me. I would recommend Loan Factory to everyone who is looking to refinance the house.
