  The Loan Factory Sacramento team provides the best quality service with speed and efficiency. It only took less than two weeks from filing my loan application to the loan closing. The whole team (including Hannah Nguyen, Hong Do, Zoe Do, Lee Le, Kimhang Nguyen, Khoi Nguyen, etc.) work closely and are very responsive to my questions. They made the whole process very smooth and easy for me. Their website for the application and documents tracking are very friendly. It’s my pleasure to give them a perfect 5-star rating. I surely will recommend them without any reservation to all my friends whoever need a loan service.

  The team (Nicole Dang, Florence Ha, Mika Nguyen & Nhung Le) ‘s best task was to continue my refi loan for over a month, while I conducted a purchase of a property. The team advised me to get a payoff statement from my then lender because team members had a hard time asking for one themselves. They managed my refi so that I didn’t have to pay an extension fee. They were responsive to my inquiries. Excellent team work led by team leader Nicole Dang.

  When i do duing loan process the teams was amazing. We are very happy and lucky to work with Loan Factory.They are very helpful and very nice and very kindly.We can close loan on time.I got better rate from Loan Factory.We had lucky to have Loan Factory.I am compare with other company Loan Factory way better then other company.Duing Loan process I called them too many time and too many text thay always call me back and respond and text me bacl.They are expert peoples.That right they desert to have 5 stars.we.want to give them extra star too.We got new home and our family's very 😊 happy.We are working with them in the future and we will refers to our family's members and our coworkers and our friends.Excellent great teams Loan Factory. 🤗😍🥰😘🤩

  I have worked with Hannah at Loan Factory Sacramento on a number of occasions and she is truly professional loan officer. She is an amazing lady who takes the time to ensure that I could get the best mortgage rate from lenders. She was ensured that I understand the entire process of closing on a mortgage and is always willing to explain things until her client is comfortable. Janette was also an extremely patient and professional lady that helped me to close my mortgage loan in November this year. I would never work with anyone else!
