  After waiting nearly two weeks for an appointment, they were rude, patronizing, and ultimately unable to do anything for me because they provided incorrect information about what documents I needed to bring in.

  I like Golden 1 as a credit union bank this particular Credit Union is my favorite in Sacramento because they take care of their members but this particular branch on Florin Road has to have the longest lines at all times any time you coming to this Bank guaranteed 20-minute wait minimum. Really busy and you would think that they would know that they're understaffed for as many members that utilizes facility come on Golden One Step It Up

  I hate their telephone virtual assistant. It doesn't work which makes it impossible for me to access my account using my phone like I have done for years prior to this so called virtual assistant. Makes me want to stop using my account. In fact I wouldn't even give it one star since it does not work for me at all.

  Every time I go the security guard always greets me with excitement and opens the door for everyone the tellers are so nice I always receive smiles. Something has to be wrong with you if you think this is a bad place.

  Never had a problem with this location. Super friendly staffs and security. The down fall is only when the ATMs are out of service and long lines. Overall, great customer service!

  I don't bank with Golden 1. I have had Two transactions in the last month where someone pulled money out their ATM, while I was home and in bed. I live in Yuba city. every time I have tried to call and have these issues resolved, they have been unhelpful and refuse to investigate.

  ATM malfunctioned on a $500 cash deposit. Went inside to get it resolved. Jose Calderon was the teller that submitted my claim. Advised me to call Member Services by 5pm. But by 230pm I couldn't wait anymore and called to follow up. The lady with Member Services said there was never a claim. She made one and stated that it could take about 10 business days for it to be resolved. I asked for provisional credit so I can pay my bills today. They couldn't give me any. I can't trust these ATM machines after this incident. And based on other negative reviews I won't be coming to this location anymore.

  I just visited this branch a while ago for the first time and got a bad customer service . My mom works 12 hr shift frm 7am - 7pm (mon-sat) , she had given me her debit card to go to the bank and deposit her check since ur ATM Machine never takes her check . the teller took my ID and Moms card and later saying she cannot return it cause it doesnt belongs to me . I told her that shes my Mom and if ur ATM would take her check i wouldnt have come In to deposit . This branch is very poor in customer service compared to Elk Grove blvd branch , they would only take few minutes and im good to go . The teller also didnt ask me in which acc to deposit (savings or checking) she just did it all by her self and just gave me a paper receipt and also no greetings .

  Never had a problem with this bank. Tellers are always friendly and ready to help. ATMs May sometimes be down which causes hazard inside bank. Security always attentive.

  There's always a long long line here, this credit union on florin rd. I waited 1 hrs to get to the teller. Theres only 1 teller. Sometimes there's only 2 teller. There are 5 windows but not enough workers? Why?? Or the tellers are super slow.??? There are like 10 people ahead of me and I still waited 1hrs. 45min in line is probably the shortest. What's going on credit union? Beside seeing the teller, people waiting to open bank accounts wait for more than 1 hrs to see bankers. There are about 5 bankers too. This place suck. This will b the last time I come here. (My second time)
