  I just finished my loan re-fi with Loan Factory. The whole process was smooth and everything was done online except the notarizing or document signing step. Ryan Tran was my loan officer. He was very courteous, professional and easily reached by phone/text or email. I highly recommend him and his team!!!

  This is second time I have a loan with Loan Factory at San Diego Branch. It's a great professional and responsive experience. Ryan Tran, Kaylin Pham, Nicole Dang and Steve Nguyen is a wonderful team. First Ryan help me with preparing the documents, Kaylin talked to me and give me an advise of the choice of rate + closing cost which fit me best. Specially the rate were updated everyday to my email. I love it. Nicole communicated with the lender until all conditions were cleared. Steve followed the Escrow process until Loan is funded. Each one of the team is specialty in each area so that the Loan process went quickly. The best of all I have a very good rate!!! Thank you so much San Diego Branch. Good quality of services.   Toan and Tom from Loan Factory are professional, informative, quick response throughout the whole process. They were able to acquire/lock-in one of the best rates in the market, which made it very easy to decide when shopping around. Toan and Tom delivered on the short escrow period as proposed and executed on the plan. I am thankful on the results of their efforts and now I’m in a home. Would I work with them in the future?
