      Just tried to get money out of my account, but I didn't have my wallet on me. This has never been an issue before. Typically I'm able to use my personal information to do so. The dark-haired lady working at the College St location barely said anything when I rolled up to the speaker, then acted super annoyed when I asked if she could hear me. I was being friendly and super polite. I asked if I could use my personal info since I didn't have my wallet. She asked for my license and I didn't have that. She rolled her eyes at me and scoffed. I just drove away and went to get my debit card. It isn't hard to be kind. I expected better from Listerhill.

      The same two older women at the window are incredibly rude. Their body language and they way they speak to consumers as they roll there eyes and speak with condescending tone of voices.

      Terrible the tellers are rude! Then they dictate where you put your money. I called to talk to the bank manager Keith. He didn't answer left him a voicemail that was last Friday I have yet to get a response or call back from him. They do not care about their "members" very poor service. Once they release my check that was put on a "10" day hold which turned out to be 14 day on a business account lawsuit settlement check I will be closing out my account an going to the TVA Credit Union! Word of mouth is huge & I tell everyone of my horrible experience!

      Terrible customer service. If your card is stolen they won't refund your money. And they will charge you a $29 NSF for every transaction that is fraudulently made. Then they will send it to collections after closing your account, ruining your credit.

      Excellent service. Everyone is always super nice and they look out for you. They just want to do whats best for you financially. Very informative and answered every question i had. Gave me a auto loan when no one else would.
