  We had such an amazing experience using First Federal and working with Angie Ball! This is our second time using First Federal all the way from Nashville, TN. Angie and the entire team demonstrated flexibility and availability. They always were helpful when I had questions about my loan and made everything very clear to us.   I was referred to Susan Beckett by my realtor Kelli Lambert. I had been working with Kelli for several months and she not only found my perfect home but she also sent me to the perfect lender as well.   We loved working with Cyndee Oliver! We had a few setbacks but she definitely helped us through it all!! We always hated having to come in to the office for anything because the lady at the front desk is super super rude.

  The lenders with First Federal Mortgage are among the best in the area. They follow-up with the realtor letting them know where they are in every step in the lending process. The clients are always happy with their lender and there are never surprises at the closing table. I highly recommend First Federal Mortgage if you are thinking of buying a home. I have personally used Susan Beckett and she is smart, knowledgeable and available - even on weekends.

  We were referred to Susan by a friend and couldn't be happier with how smooth the process went. The first time we contacted her was on a Sunday afternoon and she provided us with a pre-approval letter within a couple of hours that same day. Anytime we had questions or needed something from her if she didn't respond immediately it was always the same day. Would definitely recommend Susan and First Federal to friends and family.

  I love First Federal Mortgage of Florence, Al. Cyndee Oliver was our loan officer during the purchase of our first home which was all the way in Nashville, TN. She calmed all of our first time homebuyer nerves!! She was intelligent and even took my calls on weekends! Everyone in the office is super nice and friendly. The in house loan processing and underwriting is top notch! I tell everyone in the Shoals area about this company and everyone here in Nashville! You must use First Federal in Florence!!! 👍🏼

  I am a REALTOR in the Shoals Area. I have been working with clients who have used First Federal to obtain financing for the past several years. The process is always professional, timely and dependable. It's reassuring to know that my clients' needs are being handled the way they should be and that I'm not wasting my time nor a seller's valuable market time with a lender who doesn't handle things efficiently and effectively. I appreciate the utmost professionalism this company provides. Don't get me wrong, they can't make all the loans I've referred to them. That's ok though because they told us up front; not after we've wasted everyone's time. They have worked with several buyers who couldn't buy now to help them buy later. I would and do recommend this lender to my family, friends and clients.
