  When my husband and I decided to sell our home and purchase another, we didn't even consider using any other mortgage company. Lisa and her team at CMG were so wonderful to work with, from start to finish. They kept us informed and up to date through the entire process. Lisa is very knowledgeable and any time we had a question, she was always available, even on evenings and weekends, which is something you won't get with a bank or credit union. She is a wonderful, kind and caring person and we have become great friends. We would and do recommend Lisa and CMG to everyone!

  There are not words that can explain how good Lisa Rogers and her CMG team are. She and her team continually went above and beyond for my wife and I. She made herself available well after hours and completed a prequalification letter when we were backed into a corner by the realtor we were buying our home from. It is worth pointing out that she did this at 11:00 pm. Once the process of buying the home started she kept us in the loop every step of the way, thoroughly explaining what was happening on a daily basis. She was never more than a phone call or text away, and was willing to answer any questions and alleviate any concerns we may have had. We recently started the process of selling our home in order to move closer to our hometown. We quickly chose Lisa and her team again to take care of our lending needs. She again has gone above and beyond, taking our phone calls after hours and being there as a listening ear as we have made decisions concerning the purchase of our next home, and sell of our current home. If anyone is in need of a lender for their home purchase, there is no one else I would recommend. Lisa and her team at CMG are knowledgeable, trustworthy and a joy to work with.

  I've had the pleasure of working with Lisa Rogers and her team for several years as a Realtor. So when my wife and I decided to buy our new home in 2019 we never hesitated in choosing Lisa to be our lender. From start to finish it took only 35 days and we were moved into our new home, Lisa and her team communicated very well with us and we turned our documents in to them as soon as they asked for something which is the key to a smooth transaction and getting to close on time. I highly recommend this team and would certainly use them again in the future!!

  Worked with Lisa on my home loan in 2020. Had a horrible experience as her and team continuously dropped the ball and failed to communicate properly. Then when I communicated my disappointment in her team Lisa threatened to cancel my loan after I already had money put in inspections and so forth. When we closed the title company informed us that Lisa and her team had explained how the thda loan works completely wrong. The title company had to explain to her how it worked and the details of the loan. We were very fortunate that one month after we closed CMG sold our loan. One year later I am still cleaning up their mistakes. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what we went through and would never recommend Lisa to anyone.

  My husband and I used CMG Mortgage and Lisa Rogers for our loan. From the very beginning she promised us things that she could not deliver on. She and her team had my husband turning in documents over and over. It took us 2 1/2 months to close after they made numerous mistakes during the process while blaming the delay on covid. I would never ever recommend Lisa and CMG as the were very unprofessional in my opinion. We are still cleaning up mistakes they made on the one year anniversary our loan, which thankfully they sold to another company. *** Buyer Beware***

  Lisa Rodgers is absolutely amazing. Our lovely realtor Angela Hutsell recommended my husband and I to use her during our home buying process. They make sure to keep you updated on everything as they know and I highly recommend them to anyone looking into buying a home.
