  Liquid lending is great to deal with. They truly care about each and everyone one of their clients and they have personally gone above and beyond and exceeded any expectation. Beyond loaning funds they are friendly and knowledgeable. The bar is set so high I couldn’t see myself doing business with anyone else.

  We worked with Owen at Liquid Lending on two hard money loans. They were very easy to work with and the process was as straightforward as possible. We were able to use these loans to submit cash offers with quick (less than a week) closings. Without these quick and easy loans, we would not have been able to win the bids on two properties. We loved working with Liquid Lending and we will certainly use them again when the need arises.
