  My husband and I had a fantastic experience working with Lindsay to purchase our home! From start to finish, she was responsive, flexible and attuned to our needs, and she remained optimistic even when we were feeling the anxieties brought on by shopping for homes in a seller's market. We were living out of state at the beginning of our home buying journey, and Lindsay quickly invited us to meet with her over Zoom to get to know each other, and for her to learn about what we wanted in a home and neighborhood. Once we arrived in Illinois, Lindsay became fast friends with our 3-year-old son, who adores her -- and she happily read books and played games with him when we were looking at houses, so we could focus on what each home had to offer without being distracted. Lindsay helped us craft a compelling and aggressive offer on the house we fell in love with, and she worked efficiently to guide us through responding to the sellers' demands so we could secure the purchase. Any time we had a question about the steps involved between our initial offer and the final closing, Lindsay promptly answered and made sure we had the information we needed. Although we hope to live in this home for a long, long time, if we were to sell this house or look to buy another one, we would immediately turn to Lindsay to guide us through the process again. She's an amazing Realtor and a fantastic person to work with!

  Lindsay is Wonderwoman in flesh ! She sold our condo and helped us bought our house in less than 4months ! We struggled to sell our condo for 2-3 years and hired couple of professionals before without any luck . Lindsay, is very professional and knowledgeable on what she does. What I love about her is that she listenedto us and gave us honest feedback on what our demands. She went above and beyond on her duty. She works overtime, she answers my questions through email/text right away. She will be my forever real estate agent (if I will need one again). I am an individual that will stick to a professional who did a great service to me and my family .   We met Lindsay at an open house that we randomly decided to go into when we first started the home buying process and I'm so glad that we did! From day one, she was such a wonderful resource for us! She had recommendations for loan officers and real estate lawyers. She took time to explain the house buying process, and when we put in our first offer Lindsay sat down and explained every single line & clause in the Real Estate Contract so we understood what we were signing. Our first offer fell through because we couldn't agree on closing credits with the sellers. During the negotiation, Lindsay made sure we understood next steps and were up to date on where things in negotiations with the lawyers. After a few months of looking, we finally found our house! Lindsay worked quickly, getting us in to see our house the day after it was listed, and working to get an offer together the next day (before anyone else could put in an offer)! She has also helped provide recommendations for contractors for some of the work needed. Even with all of the COVID precautions, Lindsay took the time to get to know us over the phone and made our house buying search as special as possible! She's a wonderful resource and I highly recommend Lindsay if you are in the market for a real estate agent!

  I had a great experience working with Lindsay! Knowing this was my first home buying experience, Lindsay walked me through every step of the process and really made me feel at ease. We spent 6+ months looking for my perfect condo and Lindsay was able to quickly pivot from suburban to downtown Chicago condos and provide her expertise and knowledge throughout the process. Lindsay was very patient throughout my condo search and was supportive of my timeline. She is an extremely caring, compassionate and intelligent real estate agent who made the home buying process so seamless for me. Lindsay was extremely responsive to all my calls/texts/emails through out this process and always made herself and her expertise available to me. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable about all things real estate. She is also a part of the Miracle Home Program and I was so happy to know that she donated a portion of her commission to raising funds for local kids in need. Overall, it was such a pleasure working with Lindsay on finding my perfect home!

  Lindsay is amazing!!! Throughout this whole journey finding a house was so difficult with this crazy market, but she always gave us hope. Every question I had, she always found an answer. Every time I wanted to see a house last minute, she always found a way to make it happen. She literally became family and my two daughters fell in love with her. I’m telling you, she does not disappoint!

  Lindsay is an amazing realtor with and incredible sense of the Northwest Chicago suburban market. She helped us sell our home and could not have been more professional, helpful and enjoyable to work with. She made us selling during COVID extremely comfortable and was always very responsive and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of her expertise in positioning the price of our home. Lindsay combines innate kindness with the ability to negotiate and assure that her sellers are taken care of.   Lindsay is the whole package: knowledgeable, flexible, and friendly. I would recommend her to anyone. She is personally and genuinely invested in finding you what you need. We had a tight schedule to find what we were looking for and some very specific things we needed in our new home, and she was able to find us the perfect house. (and within our budget!) House hunting is stressful and exhausting, but Lindsay makes it fun. Best. Realtor. Ever.

  I have worked with Lindsay on both sides of purchasing and selling. Her greatest asset is that she is able to work quickly. She worked at all hours of the day and all days of the week. Extremely responsive and exactly what you need in a realtor. She met all my expectations, kept constant communication and helped me tremendously through a variety of obstacles. If you want a realtor that will worry about the transaction while you worry about your life....she is the realtor for you! Highly recommend her to anyone!

  Lindsay was an incredible agent to work with while finding a home. She originally asked for a wish list and found homes in the northwest suburbs that checked all the boxes. I eventually found the home and was able to bargain with the other agent through her and ended up receiving a home for much lower than the asking price. Throughout the closing process, which was only 4 weeks, she attended to every need and question I had. She provided me a real estate lawyer and home inspection as well when mine fell through. She also intermittently asks how the home renovations are going post closing. Overall, I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in the near future!
