  Called Josh b/c needed a loan verification immediately and Josh went above and beyond to help. I obtained a no PMI loan because of my good credit history and I only brought $1k to closing. This lender has good resources for first time home buyers and veterans. I felt comfortable working with him. He performed quickly as I had already put my contract on the house because I knew I would qualify. So I needed him to move quick to prove I could obtain my loan and he did. Everything went through perfectly, because I was well prepared and he was readily available to help! Call him now or waste money elsewhere.

  Maybe you'll have better luck than me, but my experience with the lender was miserable. I will not be closing with this company as the lender was horribly misleading. ***Update*** You would not fine me in your database. I use this as an alias. I won't waste time as the VP is the one who cost me almost $1000 out of pocket saying it was good to close, but wasn't.
