      Closed on the sale of my house. It was the most stress free process with Karen at Lighthouse! She had all the documents ready to go and it was nice to chat with the seller while we just waited for copies. I received my Deed within 2 weeks and I was super impressed with how prepared and focused Karen was to give me as much or as little information as I wanted or needed. Karen is awesome!
