By far the best mortgage experience we have ever had.   I can not say how Pat Chandler was an instrumental factor in us getting a mortgage for a home in Maine. Being self-employed and effected by COVID-19 made getting a mortgage tricky and after being strung along by 'Better' for six weeks *denied* and then Skowhegan State Bank (awesome people but also *denied*) Pat was able to pull off a miracle for my husband and I. He took a highly stressful situation and added humor and empathy to the process as well as RESULTS. Seriously one of a kind.
