  Wendy was excellent. I went to 4 different places with my grandmother today trying to get her check cashed for her. This is the only place that would do it. Wendy was nice and polite and got the job done quickly. I would prefer anybody and everybody to go here for your loan and check cashing needs.

  Wendy is amazing!! She never makes you feel like less of a person for having troubles to get you in a place like this. I’ve borrowed from other places and they way that the employees make you feel like less than a person is unreal. I always find myself in conversation about my babies because Wendy always asks and truly cares about how we are and what we’re doing.

  Someone tried to cash a check on me that I did not write. Wendy was suspicious and was tenacious in tracking me down to verify the check. Needless to say I was impressed with how she handled the situation and saved me a lot of headache. Professional, helpful and courteous.....Thanks Wendy!

  Over all the establishment in Pell City ROCKS! Wendy and Amanda both are awesome! Wendy promotes Approved Cash all the time. They are both very professional as well. I have highly recommended the Pell City office to my friends and family,

  Ms. Wendy was in McDonald's early this morning promoting Approved Cash, telling us to come and get a payday loan or title loan and I may just come because she was easy to talk with and when i asked questions she sat down and answered them that's great customer service away from the business.

  I went 4 different places including check n go in Pell City where the girl there told me they wouldnt cash my check that I would have to put it on a prepaid debit card or to come here. They treated me so well here. They turned a bad afternoon to a good afternoon fast .very nice,respectful,polite,professional,curtious great managment skills shown . Will use if ever need again.
