      My husband and I had a great experience with Liberty Tax Service. Everyone there greeted us with a friendly smile when we walked in. We dealt with Charlie and he was wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone of my family memebers, co-workers, or friends. This is by far the best place around in Manhattan that we felt most comfortable in.

      Filed my taxes back in March. Waited patiently for them to arrive. Just to find out they set my file aside and hadn't sent them out!!! It's MAY!!! Are you serious!!! Shouldn't take thing long to get my taxes back definitely won't be filing with them ever again!!!

      The employees were great. The actual filing was a nightmare. My husband is in the Army. So we were dealing with 3 different states to do our taxes. They said we owed 1 state X amount of dollars and we would be receiving money back from the other 2 states. WRONG!! After we sent a large amount to that 1 state we contacted them to find out they actually owed us money. The second state that owed us money only gave us 1/8th of what they owed us! We did our taxes late Jan. early Feb. and the problem is still not fixed. By far the worst thing!!

      Excellent service. I like to sit down with someone and figure out taxes. This was the only place that would do it. All the others drop it off and then come back and pick it up.

      Friendly people but they charged us way more than what we owed in federal taxes. They should be upfront about their fees.
