      Tax preparer doesn’t explain in-depth what her fees are upfront & plays like she explains it to you in all actuality she doesn’t. She doesn’t care about the client just about herself clearly I spoke with this woman last week & she obviously made it seem as if it’ll take 5 business days for my bank to process my deposit. When she knew my refund would be going to her for tax fees which wasn’t the problem the clarity & communication is such a SCAM ARTIST!!!!
