      Liberty calculated my taxes incorretly for the past 3 years od 2016, 2017 and 2018. Because my taxes were done incoreetly Im having tax problems with the State. I made an appointment with Becky back in March of 2020 and sat with her to correct my taxes. Liberty promised. that the mistakes would me fixed and she would contact me with the solution. I received no update from Liberty so I called 3 times with no one getting back with me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable! Im.a veteran and thought Liberty would take care of me. It has been 6 months and still no one has contaced me. Im giving them one last time to contact me or Im contacing a layer!

      The owner of Liberty Tax is one of the most caring business owners I have ever dealth with. Of he fix any errors or any other issues that arises. I was there one day at the Endicott location where a woman was incorrectly called saying that her taxes were completed and ready for her to pick up. I believe there was an issue with the receiving of her file with IRS and she came in expecting to pick up a check. The woman spend the last of her money on a cab so the owner reimbursed her for the cab fare and have her a ride back to work. She was so happy that she brought 3 of her friends a couple days later. I highly recommend Liberty Tax based on the fact that the owner is customer focused.
