  Very poor service. They forgot to file my 1099 alongside my W2 in 2013. As a result I had to pay several thousands of dollars for 2013's taxes in 2015 on top of what I owed for 2014. I recently called to get a copy of my 2013 tax return emailed to me. I was willing to validate over the phone with a drivers license and social security card via email but the employee refused to accept anything short of me coming into the store in person. Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys at all costs.

  I went I a few years ago to ask what they charged. The lady immediately started to try to do my taxes and was charging several hundred for every dependent. Such a scam. Most local tax accountants are much more experienced and only ever charged $200-300. Don't get tricked out of your money. Do your research and check local tax preparers. You'll thank me.

  This is in response to the most recent review. The reason they will not do as requested when it comes to giving the gentleman the copy he requested is because they have no way of knowing who the person requesting the information is unless they see the person face to face. A current, unexpired ID of that person is requested to legally verify their ID. This makes not only good common sense, it also protects the taxpayer from having their return information requested by anyone who may be seeking it for any number of dishonest, illegal, or fraudulent reasons.

  About 6 ppl had to cone come back in an redo there taxes including i will never file with again an the charged me 500 to file
