  Update: went to liberty tax again due to great customer service. Refund amount is higher than last year, yet I was approved for a lesser advance amount than last year. During such a trying time economically, and refunds already being pushed back this year, really need the money. Figured going back to the same company would increase chances since they have a history of my full refund coming back with no audits. But it did not help. If anything it just made it worse. Tried to stay a loyal customer, but at this point I will be seeking out another tax company for next year. I have given this company too many chances. They need to switch third party bank for loan, they are not looking out for the customer, especially not during this pandemic. Disappointing. If you are financially strained due to the pandemic this year, go to another tax filing company. This will will not give you a good advance amount back regardless of how much your refund will be.

  I love this location. I have gone to them every year to file my taxes for almost 8 years now. Brent Cole filed my taxes this year and was phenomenal. He cut my preparation fee in half for me and was very fast. Will continue to go here every year!!!! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

  I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience trying to work with Liberty Tax at this location. When calling to schedule an appointment, I had a difficult time getting any details about the necessary items needed, never received an explanation of the cost of the services despite asking, and was not told who I would be working with as preparer. I scheduled a time to come in, however when the day and time of the appointment came, I found the business to appear to be closed with no one present. Calls made at that time rang to voicemail and the voicemail I left has not been responded to more than a day later. My days off are few and far between so I had no choice but to find a different tax prep service that day. Given this experience I can't recommend coming here to get any tax work done. Edit: While the company wrote a response to my review, it should be understood that they have made no effort to reach out to me and explain the situation. They have not called, emailed, or any other form of communication. At this point I can only say that my experience left me unable to trust this company.
