  Svetlana was not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also one of the friendliest people I have ever worked with. She verified all my information and explained changes thoroughly. She rescheduled my appointment without complaint after having to change last minute. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. This is only my second year using Liberty Tax, and my first years experience wasn't impressive. I decided to give them another try since we moved and I am so thankful that I did. Svetlana is without question an amazing representative for this company and she has gained me as a loyal customer.

  Liberty Tax has done my taxes for the last 7 years, and will continue for the future! They are nice and very helpful! I’ve used everyone there over the years but this year was Ken and he was outstanding!

  Outstanding service. Ken was thorough and explained the working process and payment and refund process. Pleased to find that we get refunds this year. Coffee and light snacks are available. Very friendly staff and familiar faces. I highly recommend.

  I worked with Ken for a couple of weeks due to a complicated return, with a move from Connecticut, house sale, capital gains, small business reports etc. What I appreciated, is he was able to consult with the national Liberty Tax folks about my return and how to resolve any possible issues with my return.

  The Staff that work at this Liberty Tax are very friendly and professional in my experience. Overall, I get a sense with myself and the customers that I've seen them help, that the Staff are very attentive and go through the process systematically for the best results.
