  I haven’t gotten my tax notarized or no notifications about it being processed and the first time I filed my taxes last month it got rejected and had another ladies routing number on my accounts and different phone and social security i believe it was Rosa or the older man info as if they tried to take my taxes over 4,000 I feel like I am getting fraudulent here I am not being audit for their mistakes I will stop by to talk about my review today at 9 am March 21st make sure you bring an attorney or lawyer of such and I have proof of two different social they put down and number and routing number to my account be wary of such liberty tax!!!

  I will be seeking a diffrent liberty tax .Rosie ran thru our taxes kept me in dark about alot of details . I had to keep calling her asking her questions because I didn't know what was going on .

  Karen was absolutely amazing. She did our taxes virtually being that I work in healthcare and we were trying to keep our social distances. She went over the process step by step and everything was done via email. It didn't take her long and she was absolutely wonderful on the phone. I suggest everyone doing there taxes this way it was super easy.

  The owner Rosie took very good care of my family's taxes she was very friendly very helpful and helped explain the whole process which helped me a lot I appreciate her hard work and I will be referring friends and going back to her next year

  My name is Martha Madrid I did the tax papers because I didn't get my first stimulus nor the second one so after I did the taxes I only received tha 600.00 one and never got the first one

  for that past few years i have used them but for 2016 thing did not go well i received a letter that said i owed. this is back in oct,2017 it is now jan,2018 never got a call back after calling several times and was told that its up to me due to not contacting them on time.the only reason i received a call today was to let me know they are ready to start doing taxes for 2017 ...yeah i think not so beware they may not have your back like they tell you

  Ive been doing taxs with liberty for year everyone there are very helpfull and doug is the best. The best . he can fix anything i wount go anywhere else so when your readt to so your taxs i recemend going there
