  I'm not sure words can express how happy I am with this company at this point. I worked with Isaac Quijano and to put it simply he was the best!! My refinance was very trying as we ran into every problem we possibly could and he was right there with me through the whole process. I had a zillion questions and he always answered them promptly and assisted me through understanding this whole process. He went above and beyond and put himself out to guide me, assist me, and make sure that I got to where I am now. It was a long, exhausting, crazy length of time but I'm glad we all stuck it out. I can't thank Isaac enough.

  Liberty Home Mortgage is awesome , We highly recommend Kyle Moriarity, he was our loan officer and he went above and beyond for us and as First time home buyers it was scary, but he took all our worries aside and talked us though it from beginning to end. Kyle explained everything in details and answered every question we had, and we had a lot of questions. We highly recommend Kyle Moriarity for all your Home Mortgage needs.   Hands down some of the nicest, kindest and polite group of people I have dealt with for some time. Rick Rizzo made every step of my home buying process painless and stress-free. Even at the times I felt it wasnt going to happen, he insured me that everything would work out and I had nothing to worry about. With a 640 score and lots of bad things on my credit they got the deal done. We were set up for a 45 day close and ended up closing in 28 days.! The whole team at Liberty is amazing and I'll refer people to them with out doubt that they'll treat them like they treated me! Thanks again Liberty team you guys/gals are a life saver for my family.

  My spouse and I had a very complex mortgage situation. We were looking for a mortgage on a home we purchased via land contract. We had a number of terrible experiences prior to getting in touch with Tom Kerrigan at Liberty Mortgage. He provided us with options that had not been presented to us before. He was very thorough in communicating and never made me feel bad or rushed about asking questions. He always took the time to explain everything in detail. Even when there were last minute changes he handled everything efficiently and always kept us up to date throughout the whole process. After trying to resolve this situation for over a year with other brokers, Tom stepped in and was able to help us close a deal very quickly. Highly recommend his services if you are in the market for a mortgage, even if you have a complex situation!

  Would just like to add Max Shatskly my loan officer was awesome he was there for me!! I picked him because he was straightforward he came through for me and helped me through the whole process. Every time I had a question he quickly responded he never left me hanging he is definitely an asset to your company! I knew when I first spoke with him that he was the person for me because he knew exactly what I needed thank you so much Max for everything!!!!

  They took me through the entire application process to then say they couldn't write my loan because my HOA had no funds. Instead of calling the HOA and my agent they kept saying there were zero funds. I know the agent and the HOA tried to resubmit the paperwork, but they were adamant that they were right. If they're going to write loans nationwide, they should know to get off of their kiesters to check the state laws. All of this happened 2 days before closing. Now I am stuck having to pay 2 months rent, I wasted 1400 bucks in earnest and due diligence money, and I paid these jokers 1500 dollars for the privilege of screwing me out of money. Run. Do not get your loan from them.

  As a first time home-buyer I regret using a lending agency that was not local. The agent I was partnered with seemed helpful at the beginning of the process, but as things got down to the wire I was told my concerns were unwarranted, dismissed, and talked over. I ended up having to compromise my closing date, moving services, signing and re-signing lending contracts with only estimated dates and figures. My agent lied to me about appraisal fee charges and was unfamiliar with the survey laws in my state. I was given less than 24 hours notice for a final closing figure and felt rushed and ultimately unsatisfied with service I received. I am glad they sold my mortgage within two weeks after closing. I would not recommend Liberty Home Mortgage to any friend or family member.

  Korey, helped me with every step of my refi. He explained details as we went along and got me a great fixed rate as well as consolidated all my debts into one payment. I highly recommend working with Liberty Mortgage! They are prompt, courteous and very professional.
