  Awesome experience! I went through Liberty to get an auto loan and the process was quick and painless. If you go there ask for Christine B! She was awesome and didn't waste my time with "extras." She was friendly and to the point. I was in somewhat of a time crunch and these guys went above and beyond and were very competitive with their rates! I also worked with Dan and James when Christine was out of the office for the day. All great, kind people who treat you with respect. I would highly recommend these guys.

  Decent bank but never answer the phones drive through lines are always 5 cars deep or more in the few lanes they have open. Never know when the lobby is open. Switching banks soon.

  This location is HORRIBLE! I have had nothing but issues with them! I use them for the shared banking, and it is a NIGHTMARE! I hate going to this location EVERYTIME but it is so close to my job that sometimes I have to. They have done everything from refusing to deposit money into my account, to not sending a freaking FAX for me!!! That fax was to my branch in Omaha and they assured me it would be done but then it was not. Employees are rude, I have never had such horrible service. They don't even deserve the 1 star but that is the only way I can post this.

  They won’t approve a loan because the car had some body work done in the past which they already know it was salvaged at one time and repaired.

  I will do my best to avoid this Credit Union in the future and I think you should too. 1. I wait in line for 11 minutes because only one teller is working at 3:00 pm. Drive thru was empty. 2. An ID is required to make a deposit in my account, this is understood for withdrawals but I would let anyone deposit money in my account. 3. They want my address when they are holding my ID, have my SSN, and almost all other personal information. This totals one big frustrating hassle that I don't want to deal with everytime I enter a bank.

  We apologize for the inconvenience Terry. Liberty First strives to protect our members and guest members against fraud and in this effort we follow the policies set by Shared Branching for all guest transactions. These policies have recently changed and will most likely continue to change due to the increase in fraud the industry is seeing. This requires us to check ID among other verifications with each transaction. We understand you are depositing, however the industry has seen an increase of fraudulent checks deposited into others accounts, as well as withdrawals made from accounts, and that member then becomes liable for the fraudulent funds. At the time you were in we did have two tellers available as the third was at a late lunch. We hope you understand and will visit again in the future knowing we are protecting you and your accounts.
