  The customer service could be better. I came in to open a CD and savings account The person I spoke with was very curt with me. The paper work I was given had the incorrect amount on it and my name misspelled. I also didn't get a receipt . I went back and she made things right. It was also closing time on a Saturday but still.

  Easy to do business with. All contacts on the telephone were very helpful. I do most of my banking on line, which is very helpful.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. What a joke! I went in there to change smaller bills into a $100 bill and they didn’t want to do that because I was through a shared branch and they don’t do shared branch on a Saturday. This isn’t a bank it is a scam. Rude people

  Cool credit union, love the itm machine. I cannot recall any experience with any of the tellers that was less than pleasant. My only complaint is the closing of the downtown branch.

  think they should update mailing list LOl my mother in law just got a mailing for life insurance.. sorry she has not needed it since 2004.. hmmm wonder if she had a n account we dont know about..I know someone that sells mailing lists New ones) just thought it was funny.

  Its a decent credit union...thing that makes me rate it low is the bad customer service...theres a couple that work there that are always rude ro me, despite me being nice to them...and seen them act the same to others while in line...also seems they play favorites, cause ive seen them.be rude to me and others, and then be nice to others...so seems they have their favorite customers...when i find the time, ill probably be switching to a credit union who's employees treats every customer the same, no matter how much they have in their account.

  hard to get thru phone must of rang at least 20 times before someone pickup
