  Zero stars.I waited in the drive through line for several minutes watching and recording employees on their tails eating and reading the newspaper WHILE I wait.I reported it to corporate with pictures and the lady ( branch manager maybe) call me over the phone and told me they were short staff that day, so the employees can eat and look a newspaper while working because technically they couldn't take a lunch break.What!! Unacceptable! Then she tried to tell me not to make a complain to corporate because they can get in trouble.Duh, that's the point!She said I should have reported to her .Lady please!!My finally straw was when they told me it was my fault I should have told them to order my expired atm/debit card.Say what! If you bank with other banks, cash cards heck a prepaid card, when the old card expires they immediately send you another card.Without any problems.Again they told me it would take 7-10 business days to receive via mail only, they couldn't rush it and to continue to drive to the only bank in Jackson,MS several times in those 7-10 days to get my money.No ma'am! Real sad! I'm currently with another bank and they are awesome.P.S.I was a customer here for 15 years.
