      Great community bank! The customer service at the main location is super great. They are always friendly and professional and attentive to any questions you may have. They are also multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Polish) which is hard to find. Also the insurance agent is always helpful and committed to providing the best service and products available.

      Super friendly neighborhood bank. They don't nickle and dime with rediculous fees like other corporate banks.

      Worst bank ever for mortgage loans Apparently our checks are always lost in the mail I was told they did not receive mail for two weeks which was a lie when my husband called the next day We had them since November and we had to call at least three times a month Don’t return phone messages I been hung up on by their staff And contacted the better business bureau twice We never had a problem with our old lender

Per that conversation, as agreed, we will take all steps to ensure that there are no negative repercussions from the delay and will reimburse you for placing a stop payment on the previously issued mailed item.       I had negative experiences with two prior banks before becoming a customer of Liberty Bank for Savings. For the past seven years, I have never had any cause to be concerned over the security of my funds. This bank is solid. There are many banks that can keep good track of your money with them but Liberty is much more. It comes down to the quality of people you encounter especially those in the branches. I regularly go to the Park Ridge branch where the Branch Manager, managers and tellers know me. They are always very friendly and considerate. After such good experience with my personal accounts, I transferred my business and other accounts to Liberty as well. Most recently, I did a refinance with Liberty and saved around $900 a month. I cannot say enough good things about Liberty. This is what community banking is all about. The folks at Liberty invest in the community and take excellent care of customers.

      I used the bank's ATM but received only $20s. The teller refused to exchange a $20 for two $10s because I do not have an account. She wasn't apologetic about it (and didn't even try to tell me about the benefits of becoming an account holder - a missed sales opportunity by the frontline staff). I expected more out of a bank that uses the word "community" in every single slogan or marketing campaign.

      Community banking? I work across the street from this bank, and we use their bank for payroll checks. They refused to cash my payroll check, from their bank! How ridiculous. I need an account with them to cash the check is what they said. Well now I will never be opening an account with your bank because of your shady business practices.

      I didn't have a good experience here. The woman that "helped me" didn't instead she was very unprofessional,rude and kept saying she felt like I was being sarcastic when I showed her my drivers license.she said she felt some kind of way I guess she felt she didn't want my business.

      The 3.8-mile walking route used lots of low-traffic side-street sidewalks and neatly made it as short as possible by appropriately cutting corners.
