  This company doesn’t even deserve one star they need to shut this company down all their are rude and they are just after your money from the experience I have had from them I knew w that these reviews with 3 to 5 stars are fake. Those are people that probably work for them that made those reviews.just full of lies and no concerns for the customer

  George from LGM has been great. He has been very understanding towards my family and I and our personal issues. He expresses the willing to help when it is needed and made sure I understood everything before finalizing anything. It is a great feeling when you come across someone that sympathizes with you and understands in the financial field, everyone is all about money but George made sure I felt understood and he was there for me. Great guy!!!! Thank you

  This is the absolute worse finance company I have EVER dealt with. Ridiculous interest added to your balance. Very unprofessional nasty people. I’d rather catch the bus then to deal with these people. If you can, I encourage you to refinance your vehicle just to get away from these people. Sometimes life situations will have you behind or a little late with payments, but they WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. I will never refer anyone

  Lisa was very helpful during this time of hardship and she should be acknowledged and rewarded for her customer service. She made this experience one to remember. Definitely recommend Lisa to anyone looking for an excellent customer service experience with this company.

  If I could give them no stars trust me I would!! There’s so many things wrong with this company I could write a book!!! DO NOT GET INTO ANY CAR FINANCING WITH THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!! They are nonchalant , send unprofessional texts and calls, they will basically hound you the day of your payment being due starting at 9am as if you’re already late or something or had a chance to pay. They are totally unreasonable, they will make sure to collect payment not a day late but when you call them regarding any issue with your car all of a sudden everyone is unavailable and can’t help for dayssssss or never. Dealing with them is not worth the stress at all! Their system is always randomly “down” which causes your car to be shutoff and they say there’s nothing that they can do as if it’s not their responsibility and it seems illegal anyhow. Can you imagine having an emergency or being in and uncompromising spot and all of a sudden you’re a sitting duck because your car won’t start all because they are screws up at LGM?? This has happen to me 3 times . One time I was an hour away from home in the winter and sitting in a cold car PREGNANT because of their “system being down”. Talk about being pissed. Smh They also charged me twice in one month and they didn’t even say not one word about it I just so happen to be the type of person to really pay attention to my account so I noticed and was pissed called them and it took 3 days for me to get a refund can you imagine if I really needed that money for anything? Hell for my baby? Anything!!! IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT FINANCING THROUGH THEM PLEASE DONT !! DO YOUR RESEARCH READ REVIEWS, THEY ARE THE WORST AROUND! Never experienced this with any other financing company. Shavon

  They rude, they call you 1001 times a day. They give very much harassment vibes. They do somewhat help you credit score, but they still very unprofessional.

  Purchased car 2 years ago always made payments even when car wasn't working they didn't care it wasnt working all they cared about was the payments. Now I'm trying to switch to something new as I was promised if I kept a good payment history which I did and they say they can not finance the same person twice and that i will need a cosigner when I make the same as I did two years ago only difference is that my credit score went up.....

  This is one of the worse companies I have EVER been associated with. Very, very rude customer service, they made a mistake charging my bank account twice for my monthly payment, instead of resolving the issue in a time manner, I had to go through nothing but troubles to get MY money back (needless to say a week later, after. I had to take time off of work to go to their office to correct the issue. They were quick to charge me twice and take it out of bank account directly but not quick to give me MY money back, very unprofessional company. Been a customer for over 4 years and NEVER missed a payment (thus you would consider myself a valuable customer or at least most companies would (but not this one..they treat people without respect). Their customer service/or lack there off, I should say would be a negative star but that is not one of the optiobad. Just a side note, I have never rated/reviewed a company before, because everyone has a bad day, but they seem to have a bad day EVERYDAY at this company and thats why I felt it was necessary to leave a review to let others know not to do business with LGM Finance, if possible. If you have no other options I wish you better luck then I have had being a customer of them.

  I must say that Joanne has been a life saver the way she had worked with me throughout this whole situation after my car accident. And is still giving me invaluable assistance as we move through the process that is still a head of us. I've said it to her many times over the phone, but I will say it again here. Thank you Joanne, as far as I'm concerned. You were a God sent.

  Yesterday, I upgraded from my 08 Pontiac G6 to a beautiful 2016 BMW X5 and felt the need to give a shout out to all of LGM for making this possible. The only way to let each and everyone of them know how much I appreciate them and ALL they've done for me when no one else would give me a chance. I went through a situation we'd never want to think we'd fall victim to, but unfortunately, you can't control everything in life. So I did what I had to do at the time. It's sad to see how some can be so ungrateful and place the blame on everyone other then themselves for their own mistakes. Believe me, there were times I left from work got in my car ,turned the key to start it,and it wouldn't start. Calling for a ride, remembering I hadn't made my car payment- frustrated ,upset, embarrassed, and angry, it was only my fault. Here's a life lesson; people treat you the way you treat them.
