  The debit cards look like they were printed off of a home printer. The online banking app crashes when you try to deposit a check. I've been locked out of my account several times because I logged in under another ISP. The overall UX/UI experience is behind the times. This bank has messed with my account causing my debts not be be cleared out of the account. I would suggest sticking with larger bank.

  Lexicon Bank has phenomenal customer service with great access to products. I do not reside in Las Vegas, but the efficiency in which they use technology with a personal touch sold me for my business accounts. What a great bank!

  Excellent customer service both on the deposit side and credit side! While the Bank might have just opened Diane and Leo and their team have been serving the Vegas Valley in banking for a long time. Great to see a new bank open and provide service like the "old days." I strongly recommend!

  Hands down best bank in Las Vegas, quite possibly the best bank in the US.
