  One of the smoothest transactions that I have ever done. 3 years ago Charity was part of the financing of the house and did such a great job that I saved her number for when it came time to refinance. She also works with a great team. For refinancing for the first time experience they turned what would normally be a scary experience into a very easy thing to do.

  Charity and Shelly of On Q Financial are one of the most thoughtful and genuine people I know. I was extremely nervous buying a home for the first time, and Charity and Shelly made me feel at ease by being efficient, professional and caring. They communicated with me every step of the way and if I had any questions, they were there to answer. They also knew of my financial situation, and took that into consideration where it made it affordable for me to buy a home when I thought I never could. I felt so blessed that Charity was with me at the Title Company and explained page by page what I was signing. She was wonderful and I just can't say enough of this special team. If I could say "Thank you" in fifty different languages, I would have. THANK YOU Charity and Shelly!

  As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions! Charity was extremely helpful through the whole process. She was always on communication with me and I never felt like I was ever waiting days to hear back from her. She had great communication which I felt made the process seem so easy! She was never frustrated with me with what I thought were stupid questions and made sure to explain the whole process to me in simple terms so o understood what was going on. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about the money I was spending and to make sure she represented me before anyone else. I highly recommend her for any financial needs!
