  Went here searching for scrap silver and after buying some I had to return it because it in fact was not scrap silver but silver plated they were quick to check and gladly give me some different silver so I could be on my way. I can only assume that it made it into the wrong case in an honest mistake given how quickly they were to make it right. Mistakes happen and making them right is what matters at the end of the day and like I told them I'm sure I'll be back sooner than later

  Levs is a fantastic shop with great associates, all very friendly, experienced and professional. I often shop at this store and even more often stop in for a pawn. I have never been treated better than here. They offer me more than fair loans and have always worked with me to get the deal I need. Recently I was going to be a bit late with a payment but because of the holiday. They gave me a few extra days to pay so I wouldn't lose my gear. I have been reading some of the reviews on here and the positive reviews seem fair. Trust me that the negative reviews are worthless and false. Stop in for yourself and you will learn that these folks are kind, they are fair, professional and willing to help. And no, I get nothing from them to say this. I write it because there are obviously some people posting to settle scores that don't exist. Again just stop in and you will see that this is a great shop. Thanks

  Very rude & condescending (especially the short young woman w| glasses). Unreasonable prices seems as though they like to flash their firearms when people of color visit. Please bring back the old owners. They were respectable. Also as I’m looking over reviews I find it messed up to put prev. customers information out there their truth is theirs

  I am very sorry your visit was not a good one. We are always trying to improve and provide good customer service . I am sorry you feel mistreated in anyway. It sounds as though you are not being quite honest or fair though, as we certainly do not and have never "flashed our firearms " to anyone . Our prices are actually in line with industry standards, and do not have any problems selling our items. Perhaps you have or had preconceived notions and we are sorry we don't live up to your standards. As for our female co-worker you are referring to, she doesn't have a condescending bone in her body and is always quite professional, UNLESS 1. customer(s) do not follow the house rules or a abusive or very rude to us or other customers 2. customer(s) endanger our employees or customers by ignorant behavior ie: not wearing a mask , or try to do a straw purchase of a firearm ( which are both illegal at this time ) 3. customer(s) try to rip us off,steal from us or our customers, or try harm our business in any way You must ask yourself, which were you that day ? I think perhaps more than one, if I had to guess. We are certainly in a challenging business and it's very difficult to please everyone,however we keep trying to do better, every day. We are not,however in a business that will just lay down for rude or ignorant customers,as we don't have to put up with such silliness.Also If someone rights a bogus review, they better hope they try to hide their identity ( as you have done, from cowardice) because we will respond with truth. You say people have their own truths ,however they are not entitled to their own facts .If you come for us, we will come for you in our online response to your bogus ,unwarranted review for our business.

  The picture of automobiles on their website. Isn't what we seen when we got there. They had 4 of the ugliest run down cars. With starting price of 4.000 dollars, and some change. My mistake. About the actual Pawnshop. They do have An Auto Pawn. That's what I was talking about

  They have always treated me fairly when I have occasionally needed them. Yesterday I tried to sell them my gun (Walther PPK) and gun safe, but could not agree on a fair price. Assistant looked for the serial number of my gun safe, and found $1000 cash inside. I completely forgot I had stashed it in there for a rainy day about 2 years ago. He did not want the gun safe, but he gave me my money. Thank you for your honesty.

  Horrible store. Been coming in here 10yrs, changed management last year & has got worse. Matter of time before they are shut down.

  Pawn shop prices been going up recently, prolly cz of inflation, who knows. But they'll hook you up here. Bought my first 2 guns from then a while back. No complaints here. Highly recommend

  I stopped by the other day, not knowing their hours, I was just in the area. Saw they closed at 5pm and it was 5:30pm. Today I was near them and saw they were at 9am, this was cool as I was looking to kill some time. They had a nice selection of tools and camera equipment which is what I look for. As for prices, in general on par for this type of business. I have been to over 100 pawn shops around the country, as this is not in the top 10, it is by far NOT near the bottom in any means...now that I look at their current rating, it is way off par. In my option from a buyer of stuff they are 4.3.

  Rude employees with zero customer service skills. Dude said I was "lucky" he gave me the offer he did. Go to Cashland on Cleveland Avenue instead -- better offers on electronics and better customer service. Update: After reviewing their responses to other reviews, you can see these people clearly hate their customers and do not appreciate anyone's business. It literally made my mouth drop looking at the way you guys talk to people, so now I realize my experience is far from anything new at this place. Get rid of the trash behind the keyboard and learn some customer service skills. There are ways to deal with everyone professionally instead of the disgusting and trashy manner in which you do it in.

  Thank you for your review . I am So sorry you had a bad experience Shana . I apologize that you were not happy with our offer on your item(s) . We will try harder to make deals happen in the future . I understand that a lot of times, people have predetermined ( and possibly inaccurate )ideas of what an item is or may be worth on the secondary market ,and how frustrating it is when you need a certain amount to pay a bill or otherwise and are not able to get to that certain amount. I realize that people can form negative feelings of a business or employee from the smallest instance, people are funny that way. Please know ,however ,that our staff treats everyone with respect and dignity ( unless of course they are treated poorly by customers, in which case, you may experience some reciprocal words )so I am sorry if you were treated poorly . Please also know that a staff member telling you to " Feel Lucky" that I was able to offer you that amount for your item " does not exactly rise to the definition of disgusting ,trashy or rude or display the need to improve customer across the board as you state in your review. If there are more important details that you left out, please take the time and contact me at 614-498-1000 and ask for Kevin ( store manager) I will personally take the time to listen to any complaint/concern you may have and will make every attempt to correct any deficiencies quickly. If that means getting rid of a rude employee, so be it .We are a service business and want to provide honest, excellent service. As for the facts , if you or anyone takes the time and visit our competition ( Cashland etc....,anyone ... ) you will see that nearly 100% of the time, we beat all other offers,consistently . As for our replies to previous reviews , as clearly stated in all of our replies, we do not take lightly to lies and false or bogus reviews and will call them how we see them . Our replies to our previous reviews are all there in plain black and white for the whole world to see, for good reason ..... We are not ashamed of our replies, as they are factual and accurate . Good luck in the future.

  My bf and I stopped in to look at the guns . He didn't find what he was looking for but I ended up leaving with a beautiful gold bracelet that I had just priced at Macy's last week . I got a fantastic deal and the people were all courteous and helpful . We'll be back ....
