It’s a nice, new location with a single teller window, ATMs in a drive through. The teller window is way in the back and again there’s just one window. I do not have an account with them but I had a check that was drawn on BofA and they still charged me $8 to cash it which is why I’m giving them a low rating — and the single teller window. I know it’s specific branch not meant to be a general service location but it’s just not nice business to act like a check cashing facility and make money off checks that are drawn upon you.

      Response from the owner

Hi, Brent. We value our customers' opinions and appreciate that you took the time to share your feedback with us. Only those who aren’t BofA customers will be charged the fee. Ways to avoid the fee include becoming a BofA customer, receiving payment electronically or using your current bank. This is the most horrible branch I have ever deal with in my life! Very disappointed with this Bank after being a loyal customer for many years. I can't fathom how they treat their customers. Will be moving my accounts elsewhere. Poor customer service and pick and choose what they want to do. On top of that, they want to quote laws but can't tell you the exact law they are quoting to you for you to even look them up to see if they are telling the Truth.

Unbelievably slow, came to deposit a check and had to wait as if I was waiting for a Dr. visit. I would highly recommend not going to the location to deposit a check. Not sure really what goes on here. Not a good business model or customer centric service.

There is only window inside and people will be cutting you off while you're in line. The worst part is that teller won't tell anything to those people while they keep on working at their slow pace. Overall, this location is ridiculously slow and I am never coming for my deposits here again.

I only came to this branch because one of the small business specialists called me. I had recently changed the name of my business, and he told me he could change that for me in person. He sent me an email confirmation of our appointment time. When I arrived, the woman at the front desk let him know that I was there and even told him the name of my business. At least 15 minutes later, someone came in and said they had an appointment at the same time as mine, and he took her in. He never acknowledged me. Apparently, my appointment was not on the branch calendar. The two women running the branch (who said they weren't even assigned to that branch) were very kind and helpful and ended up doing the name change for me. They didn't know how to do it and ended up having to ask the business specialists ... and I left almost an hour and a half later. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning.

Seems I'm not alone in my opinion of this branch. I went in today to cash my check, make a partial cash deposit. I specifically told the teller I needed this transaction to be handled this way because I needed access to my funds immediately. The teller instead of cashing, he deposited, so now the funds are on a deposit hold instead of cash deposit. Then they refused to correct their mistake. Even after talking to their branch manager. Poor customer service. ..they're messing with peoples money. This is their 2nd mistake...Off to file a complaint with the FDIC I go!

They close at 4 pm and I came at 3:42. The security worker was nice and assigned me a place to wait. But I have not got a chance to talk to the front desk for 10mins. After that, when I finally get a chance talking to her, she told me I was not able to do my bank business today(they’re only 3 customers in front of me and they’re 2-3 managers were working at that moment). She insisted that they cannot provide the service for me and I need to make an appointment next time. It’s okay you are getting close and cannot take any customers today but it’s your responsibility to tell them at the first time they came instead of wasting their time. Terrible experience!

I've never had a worse experience in a bank. They've turned a bank into a waiting room. Multiple staff were walking around in the "lobby", not helping customers. There was one window open. We waited 20 minutes to deposit a business check. We only went in person because we had questions. There is nothing they could have done to make this a worse experience. This place looks like a prototype. It was uncomfortable everywhere... from the seating, to the awkward pacing employees, to the unbelievably rude employee comments directed towards us for not expecting to wait so long. It wasn't even busy, it was just incredibly inefficient. We are literally looking at changing banks because it was so unpleasant.
