  Leslie was able to save multiple buyers from losing the opportunity to buy bank owned homes. The Sellers were selling the homes “as is” and would do no repairs. The appraiser called out items needing to be fixed; after all they are distressed properties, however the lender hold back Leslie offered gave multiple clients the opportunity to close and purchase the homes. He also is great at giving updates throughout the loan process.
