  My experience with Lennar Mortgage was exceptional. From the day I signed my intent to buy through closing the team, especially my mortgage officer Joe Eckenrode was amazing. Being a first time homebuyer I was nervous about buying and had a lot of questions. The team was patient and kept my worry minimal. Whatever questions I had they answered right away or the following day. On my last day, Joe personally called to congratulate me. I would use Lennar mortgage to purchase again.

  I had the best experience buying a home with Lennar. The person in charge of my finance profile was Ms. Joni Katz. She was amazing and very professional. She made herself available to answer any question I needed an answer to. I was a first time home buyer so a lot of things I was unfamiliar with about the home buying process. Ms. Katz broke down everything to a basic form so I could understand and stood by everything she told me she would get done. Ms. Traci Phillips also was a blessing in this process. Closing was easy fast and simple and everything went according to schedule and was on time.Thank you Lennar Homes!!!!!!

  My loan officer was Joe Eckenrode…. And all I can say is that , Mr Eckinrode treated me with due diligence and professionalism… always there to answer all questions and concerns, this isn’t my first time buying a home, and I found that he has been the best loan officer I’ve ever worked with … hands down!
