In meeting the sellers and selling agent, They said "Duncan and Frank won you this home". Frank worked closely with my realtor Duncan in making our dream of buying a home a reality. Frank even made himself available during offer presentations to vouch for our offer and reassure the sellers that we are 100% serious buyers, pre-approved, and ready to buy. Frank always made himself available to answer millions of my questions on the loan process and once we had our loan approved, he was available to answer my questions on every line item. If you've bought a home, you know how lengthy the closing disclosures can be. Frank is a true professional and his willingness to help is what makes him stand out from the rest.   Working with Frank and Lou Ann was an absolute pleasure. Frank is very knowledgeable and helpful. I loved how he found me the best mortgage rate (much better than anything else I had looked into)!   Last time we bought a house USAA was still in the mortgage business, but no longer. We originally tried Wells Fargo and the experience was terrible. Wells Fargo kept asking me if I could find more money for a mortgage downpayment rather than working with the finances we already had. Not only that I was treated terribly as the female and my husband was treated like a king. Frank Romano and his team were recommended to our via our realtor and they turned my previous bad experience into an excellent one! Great communication with both of us, very patient as it took time to get certain documentation in place, and understanding of military and DoD moving orders and quirks. Frank and his team found the best mortgage rate and presented us with many options to go with and also walked us through the processes with ease. Despite the crazy market during COVID and lockdowns, they were fab and would highly recommend Frank Romano.

  Frank Romano is the most helpful Loan Officer that I have ever worked with -- and I have worked with many! He want above and beyond in every step of the process to make sure that our needs were met. Our credit scores were fair and income is not what it once was but he gave us great advice and even introduced us to his own personal insurance provider to save us money and help us qualify for a loan and a rate that exceeded our expectations. My highest recommendation is for him.
