  I am very happy I chose Lennar to buy my home. Everything was perfect, from the moment I walked to the sales office to the day of my closing. The approval process was smooth and they will guide you all the way with everything that you need to complete the process way ahead of time so you never feel rushed. I highly recommend Lennar mortgage.

  I had the best loan officer and processor. They work hand and glove to get my package together and get done the close to impossible, which was close me before Christmas. Needless to say our little family had a great Christmas due to there very hard work and wonderful work ethic. I would recommend Eagle home mortgage to any one I know. I was tested with respect and never made a promise they did not deliver. Both Kelly and Jennifer are a great team! Thank you both from my family .

  Big issue with communication. You really need to be your own mortgage agent during this process with Eagle Home. My closing date did not happen as planned and had to be delayed to the following week because "the mortgage insurance wasn't ready." I am unsure what that even means. The title company thankful called me once they got the authorization to close and finally closed that following week. My mortgage agent then called me three hours later to inform me that I was cleared to close. If the title company wasn't great, this would have been a bigger mess than it was already. Consider your options before going with this lender.

  Recently bought a home from Lennar, Amazing. Truly a great company for your first home, or if it’s a second home. I recommend speaking to Emilio, and Michael Losh the loan processor they are trully a huge help.

  We bought a Lennar House in Copper Creek, Port Saint Lucie. The process with Eagle Home Mortage  was  increible easy, we just started our application on our way home in my cell phone, i couldn't believe how fast i can send documents, no need to Fax anything. The Express Closing is awesome, you get to read everything days before closing and the day of closing just signed before going to the Title Office ! This save you a lot of time ! Our Loan  Processors  Sean Wilburn and Giselle Sarmiento are very professionals, always available and answered every question we had. Buying a home is very stressful, but we had  the right people's working with us and for that we are very thankful ! We recommend Eagle Home Mortgage 100% Thank you Sean and Giselle for everything you did for us, we are now a Proud Lennar Home Owners!

  BE AWARE. They charge you whatever they want, as you have not other option to select this lender when buying a new home from Lennar. The interest rates are always at least 2 points (0.5%) above the market. This is a terrible business, with awful customer service. They KNOW that you are locked with them, and therefore, they charge you whatever they like. The loan terms (including closing cost) are terrible compared to the market. How can this happen?

  Our experience with this mortgage company was terrible. We tried purchased a house from Lennar because they offer closing costs. My husband was excited to use his VA loan for our purchase. They full situation has been a nightmare. Vivian is not responsive at all. We send her emails, leave her messages and we get nothing in response. She sent our paperwork to sign with the incorrect address and the incorrect home price. She then submitted these documents to the VA for approval,with the same incorrect information.If I could give this situation no stars, I definitely would. If you can avoid this company, PLEASE DO! Besides they probably won't take the time to get back to you on your progress anyway.

  Absolutely terrible service and communication. 48 hours before a scheduled closing and still trying to figure out a reasonable rate and closing costs because the lending officer ignored my emails, texts and calls for the past 60 days. I’ve never experienced such incompetence with any lender. I don’t know if the lending officers are stressed, underpaid or just unwilling to work professionally with their clients, but the headache is not worth the incentives that Lennar offers.

  Good morning We have been waiting three weeks for a correct closing disclosure. Eagle mortgage keeps sending closing disclosures with errors on it. Our closing is this Tuesday, 25 August. I hope Eagle mortgage can get it together and show up with a correct document. Our builder and the title company were ready to close early last Friday but Eagle mortgage was not ready after telling us several times that they were and sending us confirmation that everything was approved.

  My Loan agent Alejandro Rivera, and the underwriters really worked hard to help get my home loan approved. It was great working through the challenges getting approved. With the help of the staff at Eagle Mortgage. Now I will have a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath house I can call my own. In 3 days we close our house. My husband, my children and I cannot wait.
