  My Loan Officer Oliver W. was amazing! Unfortunately, I was unable to respond to my review before it closed due to moving, but I wanted to be able to share my great experience. He always responded to any questions that I had and he was very resourceful. Oliver went above and beyond to make sure that whatever issues I had were resolved. He is thorough, kind and works extremely well under pressure. Truly appreciate his assistance and his great communication.

  About a year ago we started on a journey to relocate to the Charlotte area to bring the family closer together and we needed a particular floorplan to accommodate a multi-gen living situation. Lennar, by far, had the best option for us and working with their sales and site management was beyond all my expectations. That said though, the real icing-on-the-cake so to speak was my experience with Lennar Mortgage. Keeping everything within the Lennar ecosystem made a lot of sense logically but the outstanding customer service I received blew me away. Direct phone numbers (I don't even recall going to voicemail once) email updates and the use of their portal for documents and tracking exceeded all expectations but my main loan officer contact truly went above and beyond in working with me right through to the end and afterwards when we had our keys. I tip my hat to you all but thanks Andrea to you especially.

  Great communication and attention to detail. There was a problem with the VA appraiser, but my agent Jenny McCarver stayed on top of the problem until closing. Very happy with the job that she did!!!

  This was by far the best and easiest mortgage lender process that I've ever experienced. Their motto is "Everything's Included" is so true because they handle all of the necessary steps in house. They provide things like your lawyer and home inspection...pretty much everything. The two people that I mostly dealt with was Brooke Howell and Danielle Williams and they both were wonderful!

  This is not the first time i worked with Andrea, and it always a fantastic experience working with Andrea. She is attentive, caring, professional, and always on top of everything, and I feel my mortgage is in good hands with her. I would highly recommend Andrea, she is the BEST!
