Arty1Wes Hill is the worst Loan officer I have even seen. Worst Experience throughout the process. At the start of the process, the loan officer Wes Hill didn't give solid numbers on interest rates and always talks vaguely. Loan officer Wes Hill is arrogant and rude and doesn't give any information we ask for. He made a credit inquiry without my consent and when I confronted him, he said that he din't do it but his subordinate did. Is that an excuse? My closing date got moved by 6 months but still he wants to do a hard pull every 2 months. What psychotic mentality is that to make too hard inquires for customer and make his credit score reduce while closing. During the loan finalization process, he missed the credits for $5700 and gave us closing disclosures 20 mins before closing and he is forcing us to close. How is 20 mins sufficient to go through closure docs. When I asked about title insurance charges, he simply routed me to title office without explaining anything. Even the title officers felt that Wes is doing a very bad job and should explain these numbers. When we asked about real estate commission and HOA fees, he gave an arrogant and rude reply that everything is correct and didn't give any explanation. Its basic math and it din't add up and he is not capable of understanding that as well When my Sales representative stepped up to explained the numbers, Wes Stopped him saying that everything is right and we should close the home. If I have a chance, I will never ever choose Lennar Mortgage.

Srinivas Chilakapati1The rates they offer are subpar and they would be pursue you till you sign the contract. Once you sign, they will essentially desert you. They have an online portal which works reasonably well but have to reach out to your loan agent for certain things as the website doesn't support everything and the upload fails randomly. Here comes the difficult part, you cannot reach a loan agent atleast not by phone. I tried calling multiple agents in this office not just the agent assigned for my case. You will notice that I am not alone in this, multiple other reviews confirm the same thing. It is even more so difficult once you sign a contract with them, you essentially become irrelevant at that point. I would honestly skip lennar mortgage given the high interest rates they quote compared to others. Unless you are talking about 20k+ in builder credits, I would avoid them. You would atleast get better rates with others even if the experience remains the same.

tricus wang5I purchased a new lennar new build at Leander, TX and close in July'21 , Lennar Mortgage helped me to secure the loan. My loan officer is Trisha Belliveau, she is super helpful in the whole process: Keep me informed about the whole process, setup expectations, and help to follow up with other departments to move things forward; and the rate is competitive, they also have online portal to keep everything in one place. you can't go wrong with them.

Sumit Jain5Trisha Belliveau helped me with the mortgage process for my property in TX. She was really helpful and professional throughout the whole process. She explained all the things in advance and followed up on all the documents and issues. The whole process became smooth because of her help. I would recommend working with her for any of your mortgage needs.

Raymond Mauleon5Rabin Jones is really the best person that I have ever met! He was really helpful and accommodating. He answered all my questions even though my final decree was not completed yet before unlike the other mortgage loan companies. Finally, I got my new house now with Lennar! Thank you Rabin for all your help!

joana calderon1THIS IS FOR LENNAR COMPANY AND EAGLE MORTAGE HOME. I just want to let you know that I am a first buyer and unfortunately I chose Lennar Company and Eagle Mortgage Home to purchase my new home. I have no words to describe the bad service I have received. They called me on Friday, August 21 to let me know we would close on Monday, August 24. I had to drive 22 hours from California to Austin, TX. While on the way, Shayla and Janet from eagle mortage begin to ask me for all kinds of documents on Friday at 6 pm. I arrived on Monday and that they needed more information. Every time I call them, they never take my calls. Shayla started texting me about what she needs even though I had asked her to call me, and send me all the Information she needs by email. I have been in a hotel for a week with my 5 year old daughter and my husband. My husband cannot return to work because we are waiting to close and my entire house is packed in a trailer waiting to be unloaded. This situation is very stress-full. My daughter is desperate because she’s been locked up in a hotel and these companies do not care or are interested in our situation. We have been eating out for breakfast, lunch and dinner for 8 days, plus hotel for 8 days and so far 5 days of work lost. If you are looking to buy home I recommend that you look in another company so that you do not go through the same thing that I deceive me saying that we are going to close so they have me they are not serious

BARNIL BHATTACHARJEE5Amy is the best when it comes to explaining nuances of numbers promptly. She is always available via email and calls you back if necessary. She also gave the best advice when it came to what we should do about our circumstances. Solid dependable professional service here. Sign up! You'll be thankful.

Mitch Cuningham5We worked with Amy Jacobs at EHM (now I believe Lennar Lending?) and Terri Grona of Lennar Title and had an unbelievable experience. Back in October, we put in an offer that was accepted for new construction up on Georgetown at a Lennar development. Some of the incentives offered to us required us to use Lennar's 1st party lending and title company, which at first I was hesitant about. In my very first phone call with Amy, I knew that she's the only lender I would ever work with ever again. This purchase was for a 2nd home that would be occupied by my parents, and I was absolutely blown away by her extensive knowledge on everything from creative financing options to deep understanding of how property tax laws work and vary from county to county. She was able to explain extremely complex financing options in ways that anybody who was learning about them for the 1st time could understand. Already having built a business rapport with Amy, I knew we were in good hands. However, as we hit hurdles associated with the sale of another home in another state that would be funding part of the down payment, we were fortunate to experience the human side of Amy. And let me say this, I absolutely believe that without her business support, unbelievable empathy for the situation we were dealing with on the other house, and ability to quarterback the entire flow of communication across every involved party, we would have had to walk away from this house completely devastated. While Amy was the star of the show, that shouldn't take away from the incredible support of Terri and the others at Lennar. It's rare that a company with the size and scale makes you feel like you matter. It would have been easy for them to walk away from us. They could have turned around and sold this house to someone else in minutes. Instead, they were patient. They worked with us. They related to us. They helped us. My intention is to continue to purchase additional properties over the next few years, and whether I'm buying a Lennar home or not, Amy will be the only lender I'll ever work with again.

Marlena Mora1If you are inexperienced with the whole house buying process or may have a few credit issues needing work I highly suggest finding a company that is willing to help you and not degrade you as a human being. Logan Holden was rude and right off the bat told my husband, “well your chances of getting a mortgage with us is none.” “Your debt gave us chills!” This was just a couple of many rude comments that came from him. The communication was very poor. His voicemail he left was rude and when he finally did return our call 3 days later, it was all negative and degrading. I would highly recommend finding a company that values people and are not out to make you feel less than! Horrible experience

Fulton Logistics1Ended up costing me so much more in the long run than the I got from the incentives. From start to finish it has been an expensive nightmare. Didn’t close on time-EHM excluded some income and totally missed other income-The loan person I had very rarely answered their phone, I always had to leave a message and wait for a call back. If you are even thinking about using them, run far and run fast but check their reviews first.
