  Gretchen is AMAZING. I love all her help. The new girl - Sam - has literally been nothing but a problem. When I get it paid off, I won't go back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY'VE LITERALLY PROCESSED EVERY PAYMENT AT 9PM THE DAY BEFORE PAYDAY. I GO NEGATIVE EVERY PAYMENT.

  I had a wonderful experience I got all the help that was needed I cash my checks there every payday and I always get a smile I how you doing and always great service thanks to miss Gretchen at Lone Nation on Kingshighway and Chippewa that's 3825 South Kingshighway Boulevard they're very good very helpful and I will continue to come back because of that also I will most definitely referring other people to come there for any loans they might need or just cash and checks I love going there there's always smiles and I always get a good conversation and I'm always happy when I leave thanks loan nation and thanks Miss Gretchen From your McDonald worker Adam Morgan Thanks for your help yesterday see y'all real soon on payday

  They are usually very nice but when they make a mistake you have to jump thru hoops to get it corrected. They took out my payoff twice and it took nearly 10 days to get my money back. Over 500 dollars! Me and my grandchildren didn’t have food. The branch manager Sam will not let you talk and buts in and talks over you and doesn’t listen to anything you have to say. It’s a serious defect in her. Even after asking her to not interrupt and listen she was unable to listen to the customer. I called central office and left a message to call me. No one ever called. The branch manager made my desperate situation worse and knew she was making me cry by refusing to let me say anything. She has no listening skills at all. My family suffered for 10 days without money.

  Walked in and the check i was cashing was not going through the system and the female cashier implied i was worried that the check was not legit because maybe i was doing something illegal and yes she was being racist. She insulted me by saying she would call the state to make sure it was legit. Racist. I will not go back hete unless hell freezes over.

  Terrible customer service specially the new African American lady she would not look at you when she speaks due to she carries a bad attitude not wanting to do the job,you have to point out your direct deposits on your bank statements because she can’t identify nor compare the pay stubs with the bank statement “what a shame get well trained before merging yourself into the business but the most she needs to learn is how to treat customers.(one star in order to write the review if not none star would have been given.
